How can I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, you can easily book online through our website, where you can choose your preferred date and time. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team during business hours for assistance. We aim to make the booking process as smooth as possible to accommodate your schedule.
How will I recognize your cleaning staff?
Our cleaners always wear our work uniform shirts during their cleanings. All of our work uniform shirts display our company logo.
Will your cleaners wear their outside shoes in my home?
Our cleaners must always wear shoe covers that we provide them with when inside of a client's home.
How do I pay?
We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) for online payments. For offline payments, we only accept Zelle payments sent to our Zelle email account: wemakeitcleanpay@gmail.com
We don't accept cash or checks for offline payments. If you choose to pay offline, please make sure to Zelle us your payment the day before your scheduled cleaning. Once we receive and verify your Zelle payment. Our cleaners will then be able to arrive for their scheduled cleaning the next day.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are not required but are accepted and greatly appreciated.
Do I need to be home for a cleaning service?
No, you don't have to be home for a cleaning service. You can let our cleaners inside of your home. By providing our cleaners with a spare key and/or an alarm code. You can also stay on site to let our cleaners in once they arrive. There are other discreet ways that can be discussed in person or over the phone.
What if something in my home is damaged during a service?
All of our cleaners are fully insured so claims can be filed when appropriate. We'll do our best to repair or replace the damaged item(s). We also provide them with what we call H.C.R (handle, care, and report) training. To handle all property inside your home with as much care as possible. If an item happens to break during our routine service. Our cleaners are trained to document and report the damage right away.
What happens if an item is stolen?
Our company is fully bonded for your protection in the event that something inside your home is stolen. Which allows us to file a bond claim to replace your loss. We address the issue immediately with any of our cleaners involved. This allows us to understand what happened and helps us provide a quick, timely solution.
